Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranty

Unless otherwise specified, all items purchased directly from Plesser’s Appliances are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty*. If your appliance requires service within the first year, please contact the manufacturer's service department using the phone numbers provided on Manufacturer Service Numbers.
*Please review your specific manufacturer warranty for exact time frames.

Extended warranty service plans

If an Extended Warranty Plan was purchased with your product it will be registered with the service plan administrator automatically once your order has shipped. Please allow 4 weeks after shipment for the registration to be completed, during this time your receipt will serve as confirmation of the plan. When you receive your emailed contract, please place it along with your receipt in a safe place, so it will be readily accessible should you require for future use. Please note that during the first year your appliance is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

10 Year Major Component Warranty

Initially, the appliance referred to below will be protected by the manufacturer's warranty if applicable. If failure should occur during this period, replacement/repair will be by the manufacturer.
If at any time after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, but NOT MORE THAN TEN (10) YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE FROM PLESSERS APPLIANCES, the component as stated below should become defective, except as stated below, you will be entitled to receive free of charge a replacement component part of the same or substantially the same quality as the original manufacturer would have furnished during their limited warranty period.
This extended limited warranty is being furnished by Monthly Warranty and has no relation to the manufacturer's original warranty.

To apply for a replacement component, please call toll free 877-601-9196 for verification of eligibility. A manufacturer authorized technician will be assigned to you and will contact you to schedule an appointment. ALL costs for parts other than the major component part specified in Component Replacement Plan and all labor and service call costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the customer at the time of service. This warranty does NOT cover any costs of diagnosis, labor to remove and install the component part, pickup and delivery charges and freight. This Plan applies only to the breakage or malfunction of the component part in the ordinary use of this appliance and does NOT apply to any breakage, defect or malfunction caused by accident, improper handling or operation, abuse, misuse of, shipping or moving damages, riot or Act of God. COMMERCIAL and/or INDUSTRIAL USE OF THIS APPLIANCE IS NOT COVERED and will cause this extended limited warranty to be void. This Extended Limited Warranty is valid only at Plesser’s Appliances.

THIS PLAN IS NOT A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF EITHER THIS APPLIANCE OR ANY ORIGINAL OR REPLACEMENT COMPONENT IN THIS APPLIANCE. ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THIS APPLIANCE AND THE COMPONENT AS STATED ABOVE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. NO PERSON WILL BE LIABLE UNDER THIS CERTIFICATE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE BREAKAGE OR DEFECTIVENESS OF THIS APPLIANCE OR THE COMPONENT COVERED BY PLESSERS EXTENDED WARRANTY EXCEPT FOR THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPONENT, EXCLUDING LABOR CHARGES.

This plan is applicable only to the appliance indicated and is NOT transferrable to any other appliance or owner without the written consent of Plesser’s Appliances.
