LG LW50165,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with 2-Way Air Direction, Dehumidification, 52 dBA Operation, 2 Cooling & Fan Speeds and Easy Install Kit: White

I bought this unit in August of 2016. I live in a 900 sq. ft. house and my central AC unit quit. No AC in August in Texas is not good. The AC guy couldn't get here for 5 days and no idea how long to get parts. I cranked the thermostat all the way down. It made the house tolerable until my central unit was fixed. This little unit has energy saver, remote control, digital readout, easy clean filter and did better than expected.

This is an awesome solution for an area like a medium living room on low. Turned on high, it will push up to 700 sq. ft. if the area is open.

This is an excellent TV! Can't imagine a clearer or more color-rich picture. It replaced a very nice, smaller, Samsung LED TV, and the difference is striking, in part, I assume, because the Samsung is older with fewer pixels. But the color contrast is impressive, as is the viewing angle. One bit of a heads-up: I have the TV on a stand, and placed a soundbar in front, on the pedestal. When setting it up I couldn't get the remote to operate the TV. Turns out the soundbar was blocking the sensor, at the bottom of the TV. So, word to the wise: even though it's a LG soundbar, it's not designed to be placed there!
