I purchased my Classic Joe III 2 months ago and have been very impressed. First the ability to precisely control cooking temperatures is astonishing. Whether it is low and slow or screaming hot the Joe can do the job. Many of the most useful accessories come standard. The lid can be raised or lowered with my little finger. On a low and slow smoke it maintains temperature for hours without further attention. This is my first experience with a Kamado type grill and I could not be more happy.
