Delivery & Installation Services

Free Curbside Delivery on Purchases $1,000 and Up!*

All deliveries are made through Plesser’s nationwide network of logistics partners. When your product ships from our NY warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details on the carrier assigned to your order. Shortly following shipment you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a delivery date. Transit times vary depending on your delivery area.

*Free curbside delivery does not cover all U.S. zip codes an additional fee may be added to your cart during the checkout process.

Standard Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is free on all orders over $1000. For orders under $1000, a delivery charge applies. Customer is responsible for removing carton to check for damage and moving product inside the home. Curbside does not include any additional services such as setting in place, unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal.

Gold Insured Inside Uncrated & Inspected Delivery

Most customers choose our Gold Insured Inside Uncrated & Inspected delivery because it includes a 2-man team unpacking your products, bringing them into your home, and placing them in the room of your choice. It does not include more than 1 flight of stairs (1 flight includes: 7 steps for standard appliances & 4 steps for professional pieces) or additional services such as plugging in, installation or debris removal. Removal of any appliance doors for entry into the home is not included and must be paid to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Expedited Gold Insured Inside Uncrated & Inspected Delivery

Most customers also upgrade and choose our Expedited Gold Insured Inside Uncrated & Inspected delivery for in stock items because it includes expedited order processing, a 2-man team unpacking your products, bringing them into your home, and placing them in the room of your choice. It does not include more than 1 flight of stairs (1 flight includes: 7 steps for standard appliances & 4 steps for professional items) or additional services such as plugging in, installation or debris removal. Removal of any appliance doors for entry into the home is not included and must be paid to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

UPS Delivery

Smaller items such as air conditioners, microwaves, range hoods & cooktops may be shipped UPS ground. Tracking #’s will be emailed directly to the consumer.

  • Ground: You should receive this within 1-7 business days after it leaves the warehouse. This is only available within the continental US
  • Next Day Air Saver: Your package will be delivered by 3:00 p.m. the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team at 1-800-649-LESS to get a quote.
  • Next Day Air: Your package will be delivered by 12:00 p.m. the following business day after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team at 1-800-649-LESS to get a quote.
  • 2nd Day Air: Your package will be delivered two-days after we shipped your order. Please call our sales team at 1-800-649-LESS to get a quote

Remote Area Deliveries

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to remote areas or zip codes outside our normal delivery corridor. Any shipment carried via ferry will also be subject to additional fees. Local & Non-Local Delivery at Plesser’s Appliances

Plesser’s Appliances offers a comprehensive range of delivery options to meet the unique shipping needs of our customers. For those in the Long Island, NY Metro Region, we offer Local Delivery. However, please note that Local Delivery is only available to certain geographical locations. For those located outside of our Local Delivery radius, we offer Non-Local Delivery. This delivery method utilizes our nationwide network of Freight and logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Once your product ships from one of our warehouses, the carrier assigned to your order will contact you prior to your delivery. Transit times for Non-Local Delivery vary depending on your delivery area. All our deliveries are facilitated through Plesser's nationwide network of Freight and logistics partners, ensuring that we can provide a reliable and efficient shipping solution to all our customers. Additionally, we offer free curbside delivery on purchases of $999 and above. Delivery Expectations

Our Delivery Driver Will:

  • Take away one similar item from the delivery location or relocate one similar item to an accessible spot on the delivery location if you have purchased haul-away services.
  • Connect your new appliance to your home utilities using the manufacturer's connectors, provided this service is available in your area and you have purchased installation from Plesser’s Appliances.

Our Delivery Driver Will Not:

  • Reconnect relocated appliances to your home utilities.
  • Use customer-provided or previously used connectors.
  • Remove their shoes during delivery but will take care to protect your home and merchandise.
  • Lift or hoist merchandise over banisters, obstructions, or through windows to deliver the merchandise.
  • Move used appliances to a different address.
  • Perform any carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or other home work.
  • Remove merchandise packaging materials from premise.

What if I can not be there to sign for delivery?

  • By entrusting an individual who is a resident, contractor, or any other party to receive your merchandise, you demonstrate confidence in their ability to perform acceptance and inspections of the new merchandise. In doing so, you assume full responsibility for any issues that may arise as a result of this arrangement. In the event that you are unable to be present to receive your delivery, we kindly request that you notify Plesser’s Appliances customer service at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Our team will work diligently with you to arrange a new delivery date that accommodates your specific needs. Additional charges may apply*
